Title fits book perfectly

I listened to the audiobook. This was my first book by this author. I enjoyed listening to the story of sisters Yvette, Crystal, and Dana dealing with relationships and finding the love that they deserved. When one man doesn't treat you right, just know that Another Man Will. The title was oh so fitting. Good job.

What One man Won't Do...
Another Man Will by Daamiah S. Poole is the story about the Turner Sisters: Dana, Yvette and Crystal. Crystal is the youngest of the trio. She has three kids by three different men. Crystal is only looking for love in all the wrong places and happens to choose the wrong man each and every time. Crystal loves each one of her children and is a good mother, although she does not get much help from the kids' fathers; she finds herself working all the overtime she can to make ends meet. Having recently given birth to her third child, the father questions if the child is his, mainly because his sister is putting doubts in his head. Crystal is livid but she knows without a shadow of a doubt the child is in fact his. When the results prove this, will he step up to the plate? In the meantime, Crystal goes out and a man that she went to school with back in the day confesses that he used to have a crush on her. Things begin moving entirely too fast and leave Crystal wondering if she is making yet another bad decision.
Dana is in love with a man that always seems to put work first. Every time she has an event to attend or just wants to spend quality time, he bails on her at the last minute. Dana wonders if settling for less than what she deserves is better than not having a man at all. That is until she meets a man that she would have never thought she would have been attracted to or would have ever dated. But, with the love and affection he showers on her, she knows she will have to make a decision with both men vying for her love.
Yvette found out that her husband was cheating on her and got another woman pregnant. With a little time she was able to forgive him, or so he thought. Yvette felt like if he could cheat then so could she. So she began having an affair with a younger co-worker. When her husband found out, he was ready to file for divorce. Yvette is forced to move her and her children out of the big house because she is unable to pay the bills. Instead of getting a lawyer Yvette decides to handle the divorce on her own. As you can already guess, things are about to get very ugly.
Another Man Will by Daamiah S. Poole was an OK story at best. It was a fast-paced read and kept me interested, but was a tad bit predictable. Each woman's story is one that we all can relate to. Either we know someone that is one of these characters or we are that character. The underlying message in this story is what one man won't do...remember another man will.
