About the Author
Penelope Quest is a respected Reiki author and trainer. She has been teaching Reiki since 1994 and has been a consultant on Reiki to both the Open University and the NHS. She was on the Education and Accreditation Committee of the Reiki Regulatory Working Group responsible for producing an acceptable core curriculum for Reiki practitioner training. Loved this Book!

Actually, I just love the way that Penelope Quest writes and the ideas and suggestions that she gives in among all of the instruction as to how to do Reiki. She is easy to follow, knowledgeable and explains it all rather well. I have three of her books now and have not been disappointed in any of them.
